Meghan Minehan

As Senior Manager of Project Management, Meghan leads complex initiatives that help organizations modernize procurement and deliver measurable business results.  She specializes in guiding teams through change, aligning stakeholders, and building scalable internal processes that support continuous improvement at Velocity.  Meghan’s strength lies in her ability to bring clarity to complex situations and keep teams focused on execution.

Meghan’s path into project management began in law, where she developed a strong foundation in research, analysis, and problem-solving.  While she enjoyed the mechanics of legal work, she was drawn to roles that combined those skills with more direct business impact.  In 2019, she transitioned into project management, earning her PMP certification and initially focusing on regulatory compliance for healthcare organizations before moving into acquisition integrations and large-scale transformation initiatives.  Meghan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  Since then, she has worked with a range of organizations across industries, with a focus on business process and digital transformation.

Today, Meghan leads implementation efforts for source-to-pay technologies.  Internally, she is relied upon for establishing project management structure and processes, while clients value her ability to maintain organization, track critical details, and provide clear, referenceable insights throughout the lifecycle of a project.  She has successfully delivered fast-paced implementations, including a full P2P deployment completed in just 11 weeks.

Her leadership style is practical and structured, grounded in clarity and accountability.  When projects face challenges, Meghan focuses first on identifying the immediate path forward, ensuring progress continues before stepping back to evaluate root causes.  She believes that strong planning is the foundation for successful execution, aligning stakeholders early, defining clear outcomes, and mapping realistic paths forward to drive more predictable results.

A natural problem-solver, Meghan has always been drawn to logic puzzles and has developed a knack for taking seemingly disconnected information and organizing it into something actionable.  That same mindset carries through in her work today.  She also finds energy in the planning process itself, often enjoying the lead-up to major events as much as the events themselves, which is a genuine reflection of her appreciation for thoughtful preparation and execution.

Meghan lives in Pennsylvania with her partner, two children, and their dog.  Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, taking day trips to the beach or mountains, and keeping up with her children’s many, many interests.
